Standard Returns:
We accept returns up to 7 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition. If you would like to return goods, contact eolas@futafata.ie to request a returns document, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we'll credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer, unless we were at fault.
Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible - occasionally, items need to be sourced from other publishers resulting in a slight delay in shipping. If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected availability date. This date is based on information we receive from suppliers and publishers, and is as up-to-date as possible.
